Review:I am very happy with this robot vacuum. It cleans the floor properly and picks up dust and hair very well. I mainly used it on Strong suction power, Medium water flow, and Two cleaning passes, and the results were very good.The cleaning coverage is impressive and it works smoothly without missing spots. It is especially helpful for daily maintenance cleaning at home. If you have pets like a small Shih Tzu, it handles fur nicely.The only thing to note is the noise level. During operation it reaches around 95 dB, so it is a bit loud, but the cleaning performance makes up for it.Overall, a very good product and worth buying.

The suction power is strong and effectively picks up dust and hair.Navigation is mostly accurate. It cleans open areas quickly and efficiently, although it takes a bit more time in areas with obstacles. The wet mopping function works well, and the floor looks clean and shiny after mopping. I recommend keeping the mopping level set to medium for best results.The charging and battery performance are satisfactory. It uses around 35% battery to clean and mop an area of approximately 700 sq. ft., and it takes about 65–70 minutes to complete the cleaning job.Customer support is good. Initially, I faced some difficulty contacting them, but the support team got back to me and assisted me through a video call. The demo and installation representative was knowledgeable and polite.Overall, I highly recommend this product.

Purchased this product for my mom, and she is in absolute awe of it...the initial few days had some hiccups due to installation but the quick service from the customer support helped us in identifying the installation issue we had and now the product works flawlessly. And the best part is the auto clean schedule, which I have set up and forgotten!! So all I need to do is clean the robot once in 15 days for it to perform flawlessly!!

A great product that every home should have.It's been with us for over 2 months now and it's very useful.We use it almost everyday (sometimes alternate days when there's not much dust).Pros -Very easy to operate.Cleans the house very well.Superb app. Clean and simple UI.Descriptive errors and simple fixes.Collects dust at the station, and this is specially useful when the robot is turned on multiple times.Works with multiple floors of the house.Avoids obstacles and avoids falling from heights.Mapping feature works really well and maps the whole house the first time, avoiding the need to map it again and again.Cons -Comes with only one mop pad.If there was a small brush to clean the inside, that would've been very helpful.Overall, a great product. Would definitely recommend it to others.

Having to attach and remove the wet mop in between is also a minor inconvenience.2. Small Objects: You must ensure that small items are picked up off the floor beforehand. I’d recommend checking the dustbin while it's emptying; the vacuum can easily suck up small, valuable items without you realizing it.3. Hard-to-Reach Areas: The robot can't reach corners, behind doors, or spaces where it physically cannot enter (like behind the fridge, sofa, or bed). You will still need to clean these areas manually.4. Mat Issues: If your mats aren't firmly weighted at the edges, the robot tends to fold them over. It can then get stuck or "go crazy" trying to navigate out, which sometimes causes it to lose its sense of direction.5. Room Layout: If you have a small home crowded with furniture, a robot vacuum might not be the most practical investment.6. Furniture Obstacles: If you have chairs or sofas where the legs are connected by a horizontal rod on the floor, the robot doesn't detect the rod. It tries to "jump" over it rather than going around, which concerns me regarding long-term wear and tear. Currently, there’s no way to mark these small specific obstacles in the setup, though you can use "no-go zones" for larger areas. I have this issue with my three-seater sofa. It, however, smartly navigates through our chairs, which have exact spaces for the robot to enter and leave.7. Heavy Stains: The mopping feature isn't powerful enough for heavy or dried-in stains; those still require manual scrubbing.8. Navigation Glitches: The robot occasionally loses its way due to obstructions and may require a reset. You may even have to pick up the robot and place it near the station. In one instance, it automatically changed its station location in the app and got lost; I had to remap the house to fix it, though it has worked fine since.9. Mopping Liquid Restrictions: The default mopping function is designed to use only water (RO water). According to the service demo, you cannot add standard floor cleaners to the tank as they might damage the internal components. While there are specific robot-compatible cleaning solutions available, they tend to be quite expensive. A good workaround suggestion I found on the internet is to lightly sprinkle cleaning liquid directly on the floor. This provides a better clean without risking damage to the tank's water flow system.I haven’t faced any technical failures yet, so I can’t comment on their service quality. Overall, I’m happy with the product. Even with the issues listed above, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. It doesn’t completely replace a maid, but if you're willing to put in a little extra effort to prep the space, it handles the floor cleaning very well.
