ECOVACS DEEBOT N30 White 2 in 1 Robot Vacuum Cleaner & Mop

The robot works fine , the zero tangle is a bit questionable as I found that hair and threads are still getting tangled in some cases. There is no cleaning solution available in India so it will be just a plan mop with clean water. Apart from these minor things it works well and does its job. The self emptying dust feature is a good one as we can empty dust from the main container once in a week. The app also works well.

Review:I am very happy with this robot vacuum. It cleans the floor properly and picks up dust and hair very well. I mainly used it on Strong suction power, Medium water flow, and Two cleaning passes, and the results were very good.The cleaning coverage is impressive and it works smoothly without missing spots. It is especially helpful for daily maintenance cleaning at home. If you have pets like a small Shih Tzu, it handles fur nicely.The only thing to note is the noise level. During operation it reaches around 95 dB, so it is a bit loud, but the cleaning performance makes up for it.Overall, a very good product and worth buying.

Ecovacs deebot N30 plus is a life saver for me. With two kids around i cant find time to clean and mop around the house. But this product saves me time and does the work clean.The cons that I face is mine is duplex house. So have to lift the device and station to clean first floor. Other than that all are good

I am quite impressed with the ECOVACS DEEBOT N30 Plus. I was looking for a "set it and forget it" solution, and this hits the mark perfectly. Here is why I love it:Powerful Cleanup: It handles the transition from floors to carpets seamlessly, and the suction is strong enough to grab hidden dust I didn't even know was there.Mopping is a Bonus: Being able to vacuum and mop in one go saves me so much time, and the floors actually feel clean, not just wet.Zero Maintenance: The auto-empty station is the best feature—I haven't had to touch a dustbin in weeks!Smart Tech: It mapped my house quite efficiently.Looks Great: The white finish is sleek and modern—it doesn't look like a piece of industrial equipment sitting in my living room.Demo: The demo done by the agent was also quite good.

Works well but has 2 issues. 1) I bought the white model and in India, it gets super-dirty, especially the on-ramp pad that it has on the charging base. Hence you need to clean the cleaner. Next time I will go with a dark color. 2) The on-ramp pad that it has on the charging base is too high and if you have smooth tiles, then the wheels on the robot vacuum slip while trying to empty/recharge the robot! Essentially as the robot mounts the on-ramp pad of the charging base, it has less traction with the ground as the wheels get lifted during this step of its operation, at which point it gets stuck. Hence I almost returned the product thinking its defective, having had to place it back on the charging base manually several times. The app though has a product support feature (which is the original company and not Amazon) and they were well aware of this issue. They requested I place 'masking tape' (available on Amazon) on the edge where the robot climbs onto the on-ramp pad and a bit on the on-ramp pad. This solved the issue but really it is a design flaw since in my opinion they should have designed the product sans on-ramp pad; nothing to climb and nothing to get dirty. Aside from these 2 defects, its vacuuming performance is great and vacuums + mops the home for a very long time, going over all areas multiple times each time it runs. This has the advantage of catching any missed spots and softening up any hard stains for the second round. I rarely need to use an actual mop now. It even picks up debries (plaster pieces from replacing a wall plate) that my hand-held vacuum (with a carpet attachment) does not. I run it twice daily and every room is shining, even the hard to reach places under furniture. Well worth the money.

The Ecovacs deebot does the job to perfection. The moves seamlessly across and identifies any obstacle and avoids that path too. The cleanliness is too good. The mopping feature is also goodbut we would need to do it manually once a week, for tough stains. For busy working people this is very very helpful at the right price.

The good points:1. I got rid of house help dependency - my ecovac n30 does vacuuming and mopping anytime I want.2. No spillage, no excess water - just the right amount of water is used, about 350 ml for my 725 sq feet floor space.Not so good points:1. I have to spend about 10 minutes making it ready for the next day.2. I had to remap the house a couple of times just to get the ecovac going to all corners.Still this device does the job much more efficiently and quietly than a human.

ECOVACS DEEBOT N30 is a very good robotic cleaning device. We have set geographic map of our house and on schedule time device will clean house without any reminder. The device battery backup is good.The ECOVACS team is provided very good service and demo at house.

Robo Map does a great job with daily cleaning. It vacuums even the tiniest dust particles well, unless they’re stuck firmly to the surface.The mopping is decent - it can’t apply strong pressure, so while it won’t replace deep scrubbing, it’s perfectly adequate for routine upkeep.Navigation is smooth, coverage is systematic, and it saves a lot of time. Overall, it performs reliably within realistic expectations.

It automatically maps the area, and you also have the option to customize or manually adjust the mapping if needed. The suction power is strong and effectively picks up dust and hair.Navigation is mostly accurate. It cleans open areas quickly and efficiently, although it takes a bit more time in areas with obstacles. The wet mopping function works well, and the floor looks clean and shiny after mopping. I recommend keeping the mopping level set to medium for best results.The charging and battery performance are satisfactory. It uses around 35% battery to clean and mop an area of approximately 700 sq. ft., and it takes about 65–70 minutes to complete the cleaning job.Customer support is good. Initially, I faced some difficulty contacting them, but the support team got back to me and assisted me through a video call. The demo and installation representative was knowledgeable and polite.Overall, I highly recommend this product.

Purchased this product for my mom, and she is in absolute awe of it...the initial few days had some hiccups due to installation but the quick service from the customer support helped us in identifying the installation issue we had and now the product works flawlessly. And the best part is the auto clean schedule, which I have set up and forgotten!! So all I need to do is clean the robot once in 15 days for it to perform flawlessly!!

A great product that every home should have.It's been with us for over 2 months now and it's very useful.We use it almost everyday (sometimes alternate days when there's not much dust).Pros -Very easy to operate.Cleans the house very well.Superb app. Clean and simple UI.Descriptive errors and simple fixes.Collects dust at the station, and this is specially useful when the robot is turned on multiple times.Works with multiple floors of the house.Avoids obstacles and avoids falling from heights.Mapping feature works really well and maps the whole house the first time, avoiding the need to map it again and again.Cons -Comes with only one mop pad.If there was a small brush to clean the inside, that would've been very helpful.Overall, a great product. Would definitely recommend it to others.

It has been a month since I have been using this product and I am very happy with my purchase. It does vacuuming really well, removing the construction dust , hair strands and minute dust particles inside my home .The automatic dust removal is a real boon for a person allergic to dust like me. It takes about an hour or so for my 3 bhk house .The noise level is a little louder than I expected but manageable.The features of deciding the timing and sequence of rooms to be cleaned or cordoning off an area to be cleaned is really usefulMopping is ok ok - I use the medium to heavy water flow for mopping to make it more effective. Hard, dried stains (as in the kitchen or under the dining table) need to be removed manually or moistened for the deebot to remove.All in all - a very good alternative to manual cleaning and dusting.

I also really appreciate the mapping options, which allow me to select specific rooms for cleaning.After using it for two months, here are a few specific things I’ve noticed:1. Cleaning Workflow: The most efficient way to clean is to run the vacuum first and then mop separately. However, this means two rounds of cleaning, which can take a lot of time in a large house. Having to attach and remove the wet mop in between is also a minor inconvenience.2. Small Objects: You must ensure that small items are picked up off the floor beforehand. I’d recommend checking the dustbin while it's emptying; the vacuum can easily suck up small, valuable items without you realizing it.3. Hard-to-Reach Areas: The robot can't reach corners, behind doors, or spaces where it physically cannot enter (like behind the fridge, sofa, or bed). You will still need to clean these areas manually.4. Mat Issues: If your mats aren't firmly weighted at the edges, the robot tends to fold them over. It can then get stuck or "go crazy" trying to navigate out, which sometimes causes it to lose its sense of direction.5. Room Layout: If you have a small home crowded with furniture, a robot vacuum might not be the most practical investment.6. Furniture Obstacles: If you have chairs or sofas where the legs are connected by a horizontal rod on the floor, the robot doesn't detect the rod. It tries to "jump" over it rather than going around, which concerns me regarding long-term wear and tear. Currently, there’s no way to mark these small specific obstacles in the setup, though you can use "no-go zones" for larger areas. I have this issue with my three-seater sofa. It, however, smartly navigates through our chairs, which have exact spaces for the robot to enter and leave.7. Heavy Stains: The mopping feature isn't powerful enough for heavy or dried-in stains; those still require manual scrubbing.8. Navigation Glitches: The robot occasionally loses its way due to obstructions and may require a reset. You may even have to pick up the robot and place it near the station. In one instance, it automatically changed its station location in the app and got lost; I had to remap the house to fix it, though it has worked fine since.9. Mopping Liquid Restrictions: The default mopping function is designed to use only water (RO water). According to the service demo, you cannot add standard floor cleaners to the tank as they might damage the internal components. While there are specific robot-compatible cleaning solutions available, they tend to be quite expensive. A good workaround suggestion I found on the internet is to lightly sprinkle cleaning liquid directly on the floor. This provides a better clean without risking damage to the tank's water flow system.I haven’t faced any technical failures yet, so I can’t comment on their service quality. Overall, I’m happy with the product. Even with the issues listed above, the pros definitely outweigh the cons. It doesn’t completely replace a maid, but if you're willing to put in a little extra effort to prep the space, it handles the floor cleaning very well.
