Pulse-pounding power
Dual Sonos-engineered drivers generate deep, dynamic low end. The ported enclosure enhances the bass response and low-frequency output so you feel every beat, roar, and rumble in your chest.
Transform your home theatre experience
Pair Sub 4 with Sonos Arc Ultra, Arc, or Beam for dramatically richer bass, clearer highs and deeper immersion in all your entertainment.
Bring music to life
Discern every subtle detail and enjoy a more spacious soundstage when you pair Sub 4 with Sonos Five, Era 300, or Era 100.
No buzz or rattle
The acoustic architecture creates a force-cancelling effect that virtually eliminates distortion.
Better sound all around
Sub 4 takes over the lowest frequencies so your paired soundbar or speakers can deliver high and mid frequencies with even greater clarity and precision.
Perfectly tuned for the room
Trueplay™ optimises the sound for the unique acoustics of your space so the bass never sounds harsh, muddy, or flat — even if you place Sub 4 next to the wall or lying flat and put it under your sofa.
Iconic design
Made to be seen, heard and felt. Sub 4 features an elegant sculptural shape and updated matte finish that perfectly matches your paired Sonos soundbar or speaker.
Plug and play
Simply plug in the power cable and open the Sonos app to quickly add Sub 4 to your system.
Place it where you want
Sub 4 connects to your system over WiFi, so you can place it where it fits and looks best in the room.
Double the drama
Pair two subwoofers with Arc Ultra for bass so deep and sound so immersive, you'll forget you're at home and not in an actual theatre.

I’ve been a Sonos customer since 2016.. some of the earlier Play 5’s I bought are now not even compatible with the current app. But having said that I have Sonos everywhere in my pretty large apartment . We have 16-18 devices (counting isn’t easy!) across the home. I had originally bought 1 Sub 4 to add to my Arc + 2 Era + 1 Sub home theatre. Unfortunately my old Sub was a Sub 2 so it wasn’t compatible as a second sub so eventually I bought 2 Sub 4’s at a pretty decent price of 68k each . Now the fun part: Given such a large number of network connected speakers I wasn’t getting an excellent Sonos experience. Whilst Sonos service support is excellent when needed I think I needed an industrial support . So I experimented with Chat GPT to get advise on how to firstly place my 2 Sub 4’s. After that I got greedy and asked how to optimise my Sonos and how to even place my Deco X60 & M5 units across the house . That Chat did very well. Took me a couple of days but it was worth the effort. Chat is extra flattering when it ranks my installation amongst the top 1% worldwide. Yes it flatters to deceive.. but given the performance improvements I must say I’m very happy with my Sonos today than I was before I started this journey.
Sound quality superb. Meets my expectations.
Very very good product worthy to pay for each penny
An amazing never seen anything like this kinda system which has a thick deep bass that never overpowers the vocal and makes you feel like you are actually hearing the thumps the way one experiences them in cinema giving an out of the world cinematic experience and best musical experience
